Welcome to the ICM Customer User Group Website

"The User Group was formed by a group of customers, in partnership with ICM, following feedback from an annual survey. Its purpose is to provide a forum for existing ICM clients to network with one another, to discuss issues and share strategies regarding business continuity as well as to provide additional feedback and contact with ICM. It aims to hold User Group events at least twice a year at alternating locations around the UK, to which all ICM clients will be invited.

This secure website contains details about forthcoming and previous User Group events, the User Group constitution and management team, suggested topics for future events and other information and resources we hope you will find of use.

Our next User Group Meeting will take place in November 2010. Invitations will be sent out before the event but please register your interest now by emailing usergroup@icm-continuity.co.uk.
