Telephony systems are critical in order to maintain an organizations ability to service its customers in today's modern workplace. ICM's Telephony Recovery services ensure that continual business can be maintained, even in the event of a disaster situation.

As well as relocating your employees and having all data, desktops and seats available for you in our Business Continuity Centres, ICM can also provide programmable telephony recovery. This service is tailor made to integrate with your disaster recovery plans and will match your office and call centre requirements, with every position in the suite having a dedicated DDI telephone extension. In addition, ICM is able to provide a sophisticated ACD telephone system and offers an enhanced telecoms Business Continuity service through a single contact.

Following a disaster, voice and data access would be reinstated, with calls diverted to an alternative workplace environment at an ICM Business Continuity Centre. Our telephone systems are configured by ICM staff to meet customer specifications, so we are able to configure the system as it would be configured at the customer's own site, to ensure that normal work practices change as little as possible.
