From your contract details please specify which configurations you require to rehearse. Please also specify the Operating System, Backup Packages and communications that are used on these systems.

Please indicate your office recovery requirements. Please compare with your contract schedules.

* 30 days notice is always required where 'trickle' bandwidth telecommunications lines are required to have their bandwidth increased or 'bursted'.

Please indicate whether any of your staff that may visit our premises as part of this rehearsal have any special requirements for which we need to be aware. For example: impaired hearing or vision, wheelchair access, a parking place as close as possible to the building. ICM can then consider any specific health and safety arrangements that might be appropriate.
