Date: 25/8/2010Business Continuity surviving the downturn as ICM announces largest contract to date
Contract Extended and Current Services Upgraded
ICM Continuity Services, part of the Phoenix IT Group plc, has announced that it has been awarded its largest contract to date by a London based global financial services group. The £3.44m per annum, five and a half year bespoke agreement creates a total contract value of £19m and will see ICM provide one of the largest dedicated UK stand-by dealing capabilities to be located outside of the City of London.

ICM Continues to Grow and Invest
This week the Phoenix IT Group announced its full year results to 31st March 2010. The results show ICM’s continued growth despite the uncertain economic outlook and tough trading conditions.
A specialist business continuity provider within the Phoenix Group, ICM has significantly invested in new datacenter space, launched new services for customers and acquired the UK assets of Office Shadow. The latest version of ICM Shadow-Planner business continuity planning software is due for launch in September this year, representing an investment of over a million pounds.
With Online Data Back-up, Replication and the award wining Emergency Office all launched, it has been another busy and successful year for ICM.
